    Farmers Walks.

    :smug:

Pinch gripping is supposed to be good too.

Did them a bit although I'm not sure if they are that good or owt.
Basically have two plates pinch them together with your fingers on one side and your thumb on the other.

    Lift and hold for time.

It may not transfer directly to the barbell, but may come in hand for holding to certain objects or scaling some surfaces when the Zombies come.

Pinch gripping is useless for barbell strength. It's primarily a thumb strengthening exercise. May be of value if you hook grip the bar.

Farmers walks are good, but highly impractical unless you train somewhere like Ironside which has the facilities to do them.

Again, we need to be aware that when the Zombies come, ones deadlift numbers will be of less importance.

Okay, whats the story with discussing diets here? I understand keeping a detailed food log in the fitness log subforum is banned.

But what about critique my diet threads and exchanges of that nature?
