Currently making these. Used 60g of whey by mistake and using honey instead of Splenda.
I wonder if I could use almond meal/flour instead of coconut flour.
Or, if I could turn dessicated coconut into flour in a blender.

Also, how do you make them, in the oven, time, temp etc?

You could probably use oat flour.

    Here's a different variation

Pre heated the oven for about 20 mins full whack (around 200). Used a muffin baking tray. 30 minutes did them, but a little over done.

No pics, they were eaten quite soon after!

Edit: not sure if it was the extra whey or the lack of a proper sweetener, but they were kinda bland. I used 15g of honey in the mix, so FYI.

Training tomorrow and then it's a weeks worth of eating. I'm making the most of this enforced hedonism.

    Probably not...

My gym was dead this morning. I'll head again on the 27th.

    Outdoor exercises for me
    Trx/bodylastics /kettlebell

Have a pull up bar / gym rings at home so it won't be that bad.

My local gym will be closed on 25/26/27 btw.

That's it like, Don't need the gyms to open for a workout exactly as you can do whatever u want at home, I think for most people it could be a nice escape though lol.

Got my first workout of the period in. Opened the gym for myself and a couple of mates and did some safety bar box squats, fat bar curls and close grip floor presses!! Back down on Stephen's day for push/pull work.

Delighted I didn't go Westpoint today after reading your comment. Went to ballyfermot park and did some calisthenics instead.

Working on my hangover for tomorrow. If I do a bad job of it, I'll train in the morning. If I succeed, no training. Can't decide which I'd prefer.... :pac:

"This also depends on your body size—for a big man, an entire stick of butter every day would perhaps be beneficial. For a smaller person, four tablespoons of butter a day—half a stick—would be sufficient."

    interesting.
