    89kg.... im still doing some squatting and stuff but no decent training...mostly maintence stuff...

    Setanta sucked anyways, but it was nice to be able to watch some sports on a station other than sky.

    Setanta sucked anyways, but it was nice to be able to watch some sports on a station other than sky.

    UFC, NRL, AFL, Magners League, Premier League, NBA, Major League Baseball, Ice Hockey, College sports including football, CFL, and plenty of other bits and pieces.
    Their coverage was usually pretty crap but I'll sure as **** miss it.

    no in october...or rather the 3rd week in sept illme about 83kg and ill start a russian cycle and eat my way back upto 90kg....

    or ill hibernate for the winter....mmmm sleeeppp..

    EDIT: And what's with this bodybuilding OR powerlifting separation....?? Both require you to get stronger and add more muscle like??
