    Serious question here (Yes even though it is the off topic forum).

    I'm gonna buy some creatine on thursday, should i get the tablets or the powder and what price should i be expecting to pay (so as that i won't get ripped off).

    Can't buy off the net, Star Fitness in Bray was the only place within 30 mins of me that sold NutritionX and it closed down a couple of weeks ago, gah!

    1) Deadlift
    2) Benchpress
    3) Power cleans with front squat.

    It looks like a full clean to me.. He's 3/4s of the way down by the time the bar is racked on his shoulders?

    Status - Totally disgusted!

    Really should check squat form more regularly - was so impressed with my gains i neglected the fact i was no where near parallel :( *sob*

    I could, just realized that irish lifting take laser cards :o

    Bought 500g of creatine for €29 from a pharmacy yesterday anyway, hope to start loading tomorrow!
