    i know but if you look at tmuscle all teh comments are like "beast", and any comment saying he didnt reach depth is met with a barrage of insults and claims that the poster is weak and cant comment on it

    If you really are there are tricks you can do. I do squats with a dip belt, and I adjust it so the weight just tips the ground when I am parallel. You could do the same thing normal squats, have some small weight hanging off a belt which will touch the ground when parallel. Though you might get odd looks in a gym.

    There's a distinct lack of LolCats atm, and a lack of coherent posting, i think its directly proportional, when question gets answered conclusively the thread becomes about LolCAts ergo more LolCats= A better standard of posting.
