I suppose being stupid has it rewards from time to time. I messed up a previous weeks weigh in, but it paid off.

so, I weigh myself every thurs after the cardio session.

Thurs 3rd - 78.45kg still a consistent weekly drop. Happy

Tues 8th - I decide to weigh myself as its my birthday. I tip the scales at 78.75kg. Not happy. This is the first time in 10 weeks that I've increased weight, I put it down to a poor weekend and the fact that I don't sweat as much during a weights session vrs cardio. Pissed off, I'm determined to try harder for thurs "official" 10 week weight.

Thurs 10th - I weigh in at 77.3kg There is no way I shifted almost 1.5kg in two days, and now it dawns on me. I must of actually been 77.75kg on tues. Pay attention in future.

Anyway, 10 weeks after hitting the gym, 6kgs lost exactly.
For any MMA fans out there, I went from 184 to 170.5, welterweight FTW

Anyone know if theres a delay on uploading vids to youtube?, i uploaded one there and it said it worked, but i cant find it on my channel :?

Just read there it was suicide, not confirmed on any of the bigger news papers though.
Does anyone know if he was the guy representing the UFC in Ireland? I think he appeared on Joe Duffy, when he was trying to have MMA banned, and gave a really good account of the sport.

I think you're a bit mixed up there.
Tom Egan was the Irish guy who appeared on UFC 93. Since released.
Sutherland was the Olympic boxer, 3rd in Bejing

Or have I completely misunderstood your post?

I think Sutherland was doing some promotion work for the UFC, I heard him on Joe Duffy defending the sport when Joe and his hysterical mob were calling for it to be banned.
