    Best use the biology labs, that way if a professor walks in you can claim you were donating a sample specimen.

    I'm starting to realise that even though I read alot of Strength info on the web according to whats on the bar Im a weak little kitten.I need to stop messing with damn rep schemes, stick with good 'ol 5x5 and just add some goodam weight to the bar and fcuking man up.Apoligies for the rant..:rolleyes:

    I've been sick for 17 days and counting, its getting really annoying especially since I have to move out of this house at the end of the month and I've yet to view a single place. Plus I'm starting a new course monday week, and I feel like my bowels are going to explode. :(

    Progressing well,
    cleared the third rep of 3x8@50kg twice in a row
    Moved to 52.5, cleared 3 sets first time, so on to 55kg I suppose,
    always nervous at a new weight because of the lack of a spotter,
    online calcs suggest a 1RM of 70kg or so, but im unsure

    So I just bought a load of food/supplements for this new two week program I put together, and I was thinkin... maybe I should do a full fitness/diet journal with pics and all. Thoughts/suggestions?

    PS: I'm beginning to get bored again and looking for motivation, not intending this as a show off.

    Maybe stick some vids up somewhere for us. Gives us a better impression of the changes over the weeks.
