Just wanted to say a big thanks to L and Parsley for dropping into the competition today, it was great to meet you both!

[shameless self promotion]I had a great comp, I lifted 5/6, won my class, got a new c&j pb and new comp total, and both the women and men's teams From Hercs won the club championships. Not a bad days lifting at all!! [/shameless self promotion]

oh and lads I promise I'll never spill about the whole pants episode :pac:

got the 69 c@j (and there's soooooo much more on the tank, looking at 72kg by Xmas, 77kg by the seniors and 80kg by the Eleiko next May) but missed my last snatch so it was 55/69. Happy out, it's a new total, and I know where the snatch went wrong (didn't fully extend) so it's mine for the taking in the next week or so.

And I won't say a word on the diet - comp days are a license to eat ANYTHING for me so i'm definitely no role model :pac:
