    That rules of Ketosis for me so.
    I could drop beer, but don't really want to, spirirts all the time is annoying.
    whiskey is the choice, plus, I drink in rounds, and the guys wouldn't bother with the diet part after a few rounds.

    If I dropped alcohol all together, I wouldn't have to worrk and the pounds would fall off.

    Right....Fighting Saturday, prolonged (deliberate) rest begins the next day. I'm planning on eating delicious things, but actually I'm having difficulty coming up with stuff. Help a brother out. Here's what I'm thinking:

    Home baked bread
    Mince pies (home made mince meat)
    Custard slice(s) from "the bakery" in the temple bar
    Home made burger with pineapple on top (*tips hat at brian)
    Pizza (not sure where to get the best pizza, so I'm open to suggestion here. Would definitely consider making my own).
    Chipper chips + salt + vinegar.
    Fry up.

    Suggestions on a postcard....
