Troubleshooting a wordpress site - does the music player stop it loading properly?

    We're trying to get a little website going - it's at skuzziport.com, and I've just heard from someone that it doesn't load properly. It's wordpress based, latest version.

    I think it might be because they didn't have Flash 9 (a min requirement of the SCM music player that we have on the site) and I'm wondering if there's a way to put something in the player code (that's in Header.php) that will make a browser ignore it (or ideally pop up a link to update the flash player) if it doesn't find Flash 9 or higher.
