chemical stump removal

So theres a couple of stumps in my front garden that I want to remove. There pretty close to the border wall to my neighbours garden so I dont want to attempt to dig them up incase I cause some damage to the wall. I know I could rent a stump grinder but Ive never used one so Id rather go with the easier method of chemical…
