Yeah, so at the moment at work I use broadband and it's terribly slow.

I gave Eircom Business a call to find out when or if an upgrade was going to happen. I was first told that Eircom is concentrating on those exchanges/connections which do not have broadband. I pushed to find out who I would need to speak to to get an idea of when I could expect a service which was better (than the dialup style speed I was getting at the moment). I was told to hold of which I did for several minutes. The nice girl then came back on the phone and said August 9th!!!

I am presuming she doesn't mean this year?!:p
