Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Been working fine and then went to use it on sunday and it just wasnt heating up much. There are two ovans (top and bottom), top oven and grill seems to work fine.

THe lights come on in the bottom oven and the fan is working but its not heating up much (maybe to around 80oc or so).

Any suggestions, or is this a job for an electrician . .

Not wishing to sound like a smass art, just check that the timer isnt on.

Failing that, it sounds like the heating element is banjaxed. Not a major job, but if you're not handy, it's not a job for an amateur. Mind you, it's not a job for an electrican either, although there are lots of them about nowadays.

No offence taken, we dont have a timer, luckily enough the oven is quite a simple one ! ;)

Dont suppose you know a rough estimate of what that might cost (even ballpark). !

It could also possibly be the thermostat.
