Paint for Outside ?

Hi, Planning on painting the outside of the house. Any tips on paint? House is semi-d, brick ground floor, then textured (not pebble dash, but not smooth either) 1st floor. Painted magnolia in the past. Will leave brick as is. Side wall is pebble dash Thinking of Sandtex, but do I need to get a special paint for the 2 foot…

Hi,

Side wall is pebble dash

Thinking of Sandtex, but do I need to get a special paint for the 2 foot high bit of the house where it meets the ground (dunno what you call this bit?)
