    Just a quick question on business lines. Had been looking to change from Eircom and have been in touch with Magnet. Prices seem similar, probably better but the BB line with Eircom is terrible. Magent are saying their line is uncontended so just looking to see if anyone has any experience with Magnet Business or other business lines (BT, UOC, etc).

    We use Magnet for our business connectivity (4Mbit/s SDSL + 15/1 ADSL) . Install was painful but this was partly to do with Eircom. Other than that the technical end of things is fine.

    However, I am just about to call them regarding the 4th major problem we have had with their billing. They recently changed their direct debit date from end of month to mid-month. Don't have a major problem with that but for the past two months they have debited our account mid-month and end of month.

    The previouis problems took me ages to resolve too.
