Hola :) I read the sticky at the top about all the Video Editing Software but I'm just wondering which program would be best able to give me the video effect in the video at the end of Scrubs here? Just that raw, film-reel look? Thanks :)

could be done in avid or final cut, after effects, smoke, shake, etc etc etc with the right plugin, generaly not an out of the box effect. tho some of the low end packages may have a film-esque filter but no where near as good as a real plugin.
