Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    IDoes anyone know if repairing the console reset the registration?

    The person I was talking to at the support centre said that if my console can't be reapaired, I will receive a refurbished one. WHAT? The console was not of merchantable quality, so I am either entitled to a new console or my money back, right? I have HUGE reservations about receiving a second-hand console, no matter how "refurbished" it is. I would expect to get a brand new console of similar standard or better if it cant be fixed. What is Microsoft's policy on this does anyone know?

    And one final thing, my console is a Falcon, therefore if I receive a different console from the repair centre, will it be this batch or one better i.e. Opus or Jasper

    id say no to anal rape from mister gates next time, and request a brand new console... i gave you one that broke - put NEW parts in then send it back...

    They will give you "new" console with new serial number.

    When opened you will see that the only new parts are: dvd drive, upper case (that one which has serial number), maybe few other bits. Mainboard will be refurb
