Caller ID not showing

Last week I changed from pre-pay to bill with O2 but now anytime someone rings me it justs shows up as "unavailable" ... I have an LG Arena. Any ideas ? Ive called O2 and they said they would check and get back to me, but that was 2 days ago !!

Ring O2 back. Incoming caller ID is probably not provisioned on your account. Ask them to check and/or reprovision.

Do you also have problems sending SMS?

If your having trouble with them on the phone, you could ask you question on their customer forum Talk2o2, might get it resolved quicker.

Call the customer care or drop into a store tomorrow.

It's straight forward enough to get set up, should only take a minute to do.
