Nero problem, think it's firmware

    I remember a very long time ago I had a problem and my dvd burner would not to -R format only +. I reformatted and I know in the past I had updated firmware to getit going through a link a guy gave me.

    I have been on to Nero website but I am having trouble finding exactly what I need.

    I am using Nero Start Smart. My computer was bought for me in June 2005.

    Any ideas?
