whats a lipo battery? like isnt a 7.2 lipo alot slower then a 9.6 v normal battery? im confuzzeld

A Lipo battery is a lithium polymer battery. A 7.2v LIPO gives a rate of fire equivalent to a 9.6v battery. LIPOs are popular because they are less than half the size of a 9.6v mini battery. They also are alot quicker to charge than a normal battery. For example a 9.6v mini might take about 4-6 hours to charge (depending on charger) whereas a 7.2v LIPO with a proper LIPO charger will charge in roughly 30 minutes. LIPOs must use a LIPO charger or they could go on fire.
