NBB satellite - anyone else experiencing problems?

My National Broadband satellite connection has reduced to a crawl. Speedtest.net tells me I'm getting: Download 0.99MBps Upload Zero Ping 6331ms I've tried phoning support but they aren't answering. I'm worried because there was talk they might be going out of business. Could this be happening? I've not experienced…
