Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I want to play music files on my laptop at my daughters communion via its "headphone out" jack. I will be plugging it into L&R rca inputs on a pa system. I have one of these cables but its ancient and I only paid a couple of quid for it years ago, but when I use it now I get the most apalling background noise. I'm looking for a superior quality cable that is built to last.Any ideas?

the background noise comes from the laptop, not the cable's fault!

buy a ground loop isolator in maplin's - they're only 15 quid and they'll fix the problem

oh I see now, I plug the rca outputs from the 3.5mm to rca into the looper and then plug the looper into the pa system.Sorry, I just assumed it had to be all the one unit.

Important note: Don't turn off the Amp while they're connected. There's a chance you'll blowing your soundcard.
