How do u forward ports NETOPIA to play PES onlie ?

I got netopia modem from eircom with bt iternet and It wont connect me to any opponent.when i rang customer service ,was given www.portforward.com site but there is no netopia modem.DOes anyone know how to forward ports ,((((((((((((((((((((((

You didn't look well enough.

If it's a 2247 you have this willl do you http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Netopia/2247NWG-VGx/Xbox_Live_360.htm

Replace whatever ports those screenshots say with the ones you need though.
