Yes, the KG were nice too although the Alpine would leave even a highly tuned one for dead on a back road.

Yes, actually. That's the whole point behind the cool wall as I see it!
Case study - the BMW 850ci is an overpowered monster which hasn't a hope in hell of putting the power down properly, even for it's day it was a bit disappointing - but it's still seriously cool.

Renault?! No way! Yes they make some awful ****e, but I think the renaultsport meganes and clios are awesome.

I LOVE the megane R26R and the fact that it isnt really a looker makes it cool too. Its ALL about the driving. How can a carbon fibre bonnet, ultra lightweight philosophy, plastic windows, semi slicks and a half roll cage NOT be cool?

Its a focus RS with all the chav dialled out.

My definition of cool is any car that I would want to walk up to and have a good look at. Doesn't matter if it's a well engineered or not. If it appeals to YOU enough for a good gawk then it must be cool, no!?!

I don't think I've ever wasted my time having a second look at a Yaris!

Ugly cars can still be cool, loud boisterous cars can be cool, cars from movies / tv series of our youth can definitely be cool, cheesey yes, but cool!

Are you sure it wasn't the Mk II Series B? Only Celica I can remember with side-by-side square headlights.

Cool car but nigh-on-impossible to find a good one these days. I had a '94 Quattro Coupe 2.8 4WD (was Quattro on book as opposed to 80 coupe and same when you needed parts). I will cry for the rest of my life on letting that car go. Was a minter in British Racing Green with cream leather interior, loadza power and handled like a go-kart. I absoultely loved it and haven't been able to find anything to match it since. Sold it for €5k in '06. Stupid, stupid mistake, they are such a cool and understated car and I can't find another one to replace it!

The W12 Golf is not cool because its the wet dream of golf owners. VW never went into production with them so they are not cool.
