Right, just finished my second season and I've won the Croatian League & Cup. I dunno if you want to count the cup or not?

Use F4 (news) and the spacebar (continue) and use your assistant manager where posible

Damn, seems the Soderhamn team in Sweden i was given are not in the FM08 game

I looked up their proper history and in 2007 when the season starts on my game they were non-league Only got promoted that year to Swedish league!!

So i will need a new team!

Got sacked in my first season with Kapfenberg. They had just been promoted. Not alot of money. Won first match, went downhill from there. Lost 12 in a row. Had to sell best players in transfer window. Picked up a couple more wins and draws. Got sacked when just 5 five points from safety. Thought I had a chance of staying up. Wandering around Austria now looking for a new job to try and work my way back to Kapfenberg

finally got around to starting my game (had a dissertation proposal to write for the past few weeks).

Aalst seem ok, should get promotion in the first season fairly handy, only real weakness in the squad is the goalkeeper and the infrastructure seems ok. Winning the Premier division though could take a long time though.

Clean sweep in my first season. Although, one of the cups is a pre season thing and the other one is just for the top 4 of the league, so I don't know how relevant they are!

Right, just installed FM on my PC and started playing with Rayo. They were just promoted to the second division in the previous season so my promotion odds are 200/1. I have a transfer budget of £0 and I will only receive 40% of any sales I make...fun times!

I hope nobody minds, i started mine (Aalst) again on the new PC with some more leagues thrown in that should make scouting for talent a bit easier in the long run.

Still going to be a while though to take this part timer team into the Belgian First Division...

Right, this is how I got on in my first season...no promotion unfortunately so I'll have to play at least another 2 seasons before I win La Liga

EDIT: I just got Viduka on a free transfer

EDIT: Just got Mokoena on a free too

EDIT: We were also the overachievers of the season and I made the signing of the season too
