Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Anyone have this problem? This is quite frustrating. I'm gonna try call Xbox tomorrow and get my account unflagged but it doesn't seem promising from reading about this.

    dont mind me sounding thick but what do you mean by all the numbers? is that code coming up when you go online?:confused:

    When you try to redeem a code, it comes up with this error. It's caused by not having the correct information compared to the information on your credit card. It's really stupid and I've heard that when some people's credit cards expire, they pretty much can't redeem anything anymore.

    Just from reading up online seems like when you get through on to xbox support ask for the credit department and they can sort you out, takes a day or 2 to update.

    Do you get the same error if you try to redeem your code through xbox.com?

    Yeah I've tried xbox.com. It just comes up with an error has occured, please try again.
