Mutant shorts film showcase, Cork

    Mutantspace.ie arts resource is inviting groups of people to get together and create their own short films. There will be prizes [small ones] for best film but more importantly it’s an opportunity for participants to make their own short film [10 - 15min] and show it in Cork during the Cork Midsummer Festival and in other venues around Ireland as part of our touring mutantspace.ie festival.

    Brief:
    The showcase will have a theme which will be announced online on Monday 15th June to ensure everyone has the same amount of time in which to produce their work. Film makers will have a week to make their short after which we will screen the shorts in various locations around the city.
    All resources of mutantspace.ie can be used for shorts and we will be working hard to ensure that this project gets as much exposure as possible working hard to ensure that this project gets as much exposure as possible
    All entries need to be registered before 5pm on Friday 29th
    MayDeadline for having your film included is Monday 22nd June
    If you don’t live in Cork simply send your short in DVD format to:

    NOTE:
    1. All entries need to be registered before 5pm on Friday 29th May
    2. All participants have to provide their own equipment
    3. All entrants will be notified of the theme by email on Monday 15th June
    4. Deadline for having your film included in the screenings is Monday 22nd June
