Music tagging best free software?

This is a bit of an IT thing but I would guess there are many users out there that would have a better understanding. I have a ton of files that were tagged pretty poorly most are just labelled by the folder they are in. Any recommendations on the best automatic file tagger? I started doing it manually but it is so slow…

Mp3Tag or Musicbrainz Picard would be my weapons of choice
Both free
Picard is quite intelligent
