Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Radio ad for Coffee Machine

I'd like help on scripting a radio ad for a brand of american coffee that we sell in our store. It's called Maidstone (sister company of Tim Hortons). The ad is lasting 20 seconds. Something catchy with an american slant may be a possibility.

    Thanks.

Sounds like a classic Pen in Gear, brain in Neutral situation.

Put away the pen. Start asking questions to your target audience. ( Not your mates and not your family btw they never make good candidates for research). Ask complete strangers (who would constitute your target audience) questions on what they would look for when buying such a machine. What process do they follow? Where would they search? What is the most important factor (cost, quality of brew, ease of cleaning etc) they are looking for? i.e. do some market research no matter how informal.

Only when you answer these questions will you be able to start writing a script for your advertising. Anything else will be a shot in the dark, along with alot of wasted time and effort.

    Best of luck.
