Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

DOE is the commercial vehicle equivalent of the NCT, it's carried out annually and must be passed in order to renew motor tax.
If it has a current DOE it's very unlikely to registered as a camper as a DOE is not needed for motorhomes. So, probably, commercial rate of tax and possibly problems with insuring a camper that is registered as something else.

your insurance company might ask for a doe or engineers report but other than that you dont need nct or doe
