Edit: A quick search of the website revealed that it is indeed open over summer. In Aungier Street: I was too lazy to search before =D

Vacation opening hours will begin on Tuesday 2nd June. The library will open from 9.30 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Friday over the summer vacation period.

I was too lazy to search before =D
