Penneys have similar.

Some in the men's department; more in the ladies and/or accessories department.

Red, white & black IIRC, not blue though.

They have those 'venetian blinds' ones but they also have the type you're looking for.

Blanch had some at the weekend but not Omni. Stock seems to vary quite a bit between branches.
