Anyone had their tattoo removed?

I don't like my tattoo, it is on my inner wrist so can't hide it, it can't really be covered either. Am so mad at myself for not thinking it through properly. Does it hurt and is it expensive? Also can the area be re-tattooed or will it be too sensitive?
