N95 internet radio install issue

Hi all
I recently changed memory cards in my N95 ( upgraded to 8Gb card)
and in the process lost internet radio from my list of Apps.
when I check app manager it says its installed
I can remove it & reinstall it
but I can't "find" where to run it from ??
any ideas

along these lines is there an app to show what is running in memory ?
I removed fring and it seems to have left a little bit of sw behind that I need to find

you need to copy your old data across to the new card.

unfortunately that card has been wiped

do you know of another way ?
or do i have to default the phone to allow me reinstall properly ?

install it again, then remove it, and reinstall it again. Would that work?
