Holiday pay????

I recently handed in my notice for my job and was told i would get all my holiday pay and what not. Im finishing up at the end of the week i thought i would get about 2 weeks for what i have worked so far this year?
Can anyone tell me if this is correct or not? Getting 6 days holiday pay for nearly 5 months fulltime work?

well where i work we get 1 and 1/4 days holidays for every month we work so 6 days hols for 5 months would be correct.does everywhere give the same amount of hols i.e 1 and 1/4 days? i dont know
