Hi there, looking for some advice. what are peoples views on the new Hooke and McDonald appartments at South Central Sandyford opposite the Stillorgan Luas stop. Seem to be great value with two bed appartments down to 295k from 495k. They seem too good to be true to be honest and was just wondering if anyone had any…

I wonder with the latest troubles the developer of this development is in if this will impact on the development and whether they are open to offers on the apartments?
