Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Possibly lost Issue of Competency :(

    Hey Folks,

    So passed my test about a month ago and was quite lazy about getting the full license due (also had a lot going on past while but more so due to laziness).

    Now I've had my Issue of Competency in the same spot in my room this past month, however when I went to retrieve it today (had planned to send it off) I noticed it was not there. Only thing I can think of is I threw it out when cleaning my room the other day.

    Now I'm going to give a proper look when I get back, however if it is lost - does anyone know the correct procedure to obtain another one?

    I hardly have to sit my test again do I? :mad:

    Ah, evidently my issue of competency was my inability to retain my Cert of Comptentcy responsibily :)

    Brilliant stuff though, that's a reflief! Well do a big search when I get home and if I have thrown it out (today's bin day and already went through the bins) then I'll just have to trot down to the Garda station.

    By obtaining a duplicate from the Driver Testing section - I assume this means where I passed the test?

    Hi did you manage to get a replacement? I too have lost mine and I need to get my full licence asap as I am going travelling in a month. I sent a garda statement and request to the Driving Test Section at the below address which I found online:
    Driver Testing Section,Moy Valley Business Park,

    Primrose Hill, Dublin Road, Ballina, Co Mayo

    But I haven't heard anything back from them?!:confused: Tearing my hair out now with worry!
