Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Under body seal???

    Try Dublin zoo. :D

Seriously though used to buy the stuff myself, buy a cheap spray gun, rent a compressor for the weekend (or buy a cheap one, always handy). Great excuse to go around covered in muck for the weekend. :)

Would prefer to get it done by somebody that knows what they are doing and have it done right

Nice looking van.. I'd suggest trying your local panel beater for a quote. Or any mechanic should be able to do it. Ideally they'd need a lift or a pit to get in to do a good job.

    Sweet , with 4x4 n all , happy touring.

Since you've a bit of time before it arrives and 4x4 hiaces aren't that common it'd be worth finding out what oil etc it needs in the axles ,gearbox , transfer box etc.
Its easy to ruin a gearbox with wrong type of oil

Think that’s a super custom or Romio conversion, any inside pic? Mine is a YMC. What year is it? Did you import it yourself? How much VRT? Any other tips or problems?

Japan is 100 volt @50 to 60 Hz but the ZIG is ZF-8 I’ve found the manual on line and it says it 220 Volts but the transformer may have been changes. The fridge will be wired to the mains directly so it may be 100 Volts when I get the van I’ll take it out and have a look. Plan on change the consumer unit so that I can hook it up to mains. If the fridge in 100 Volt I’ll fit a transformer to take the 220 to 110 which should be fine, but maybe add a large resistor to limit the voltage a bit more but shouldn’t be necessary.
