Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I applied to do a CELTA course.

I have an interview/assesment to rate my understanding of the English language.

Now, I'm Irish and English is my mother tongue. Could anyone recommend a book that I could have a read through to just ensure that I pass this!?

I wouldnt worry that much. I had an interview last week for my place on a Celt course. It was fine. I had an assessement to do before hand. A written one. It was fine too. I wouldnt read a book or anything.

If you like I can forward on the assement I received to you, so you can see what kind of things they were looking for. Its prob not for the same school but at least it gives you an idea what they might ask.

You can PM me your email if you want it.

thesecretforme, posting your e-mail address on a public forum is not a good idea. Use the PM function if you want to give someone your e-mail address. (Click on the user's name and select 'send private message to....')
