Was reading back issue of mens health magazine and saw they gave few natural viagra's the thumbs up. excuse the pun. anyone know if these work?

i read that article too and tbh I wasn't impressed. until I see some proper rigourous evidence backing some of this stuff up I would be pretty wary of taking it.

I would be very slow to taking any of these things but the Horny Goat weed seems harmless enuf. Any one if you can purchase it in supplement shops in the Dublin?

Health shop in grafton street sells Horny goat weed ,MACA and other assorted aphrodisiac supplements.

would you not be better off looking into the reasons why you are having issues rather than wasting money on a horny goats wee?

100mg is best for anyone over 35 it seems in my studys
if you take it too young it aparently slows your natural erection and hormones
ive taken 100mg of that Sildenafil citrate and boy its strong.
there was a popper type thing on the market for a while but it got banned .

Possibily i should look into these problems but at the moment i'm going to follow this train of thought and search for feed back from the members who have tried it?
Paul you hear any good reports on people trying horny goat weed or similar?

if your having issues maintaining an erection or even getting one in the firt place, you should really get checked out by a doc. there can be a multitude of things that can cause this to happen, from stress down to more mechanical issues. better to be sure I'd say

Mystik Monkey thanks for the advice....i have noted your suggestions ...i am only looking at all the options out there and trying to educate myself about the products/treatments available to people

I understand your concern and would not advocat anybody taken anything ,that is an individual choice .I have never taken viagra either in potent chemical form or natural because I have no need for it .However ,I have expierenced a bit with MACA ,Horny goat weed and one or two other supplements at various times in recent years ( not all together ) and found it a boost . I would be more worried and concerned with Anobolic and some weightgainers stuff myself than above mentioned .Short term i dont think it's going to do anybody any harm but with everything you have to get advice ( in case of any medical conditions) .

Agree with you about the anabolic and weightgainers stuff....you find the MACA better than the Horny goat weed?

agreed +1000, I'd be more concerned with people wasting cash. I'll be honest and say that I've heard anecdotally that the HGW stuff does have an effect, but that could be just a placebo effect.

Anyone up for a boards.ie sponsored clinical trial?

I have tried 3 different type MACA in last few years as well as a supplement called Terrbilius and found I had increased energy and stamina yes. But I am not saying it is for everybody ,just my choice of stuff ,the way others choose a vitamin supplement .

Erectile dysfunction is a complex thing and can be related to medicines (legal and illegal and supplements), mechanical, other medical conditions and lifestyle.

Why would you want to take an artificial chemical when you may not need it?

Have a chat with your GP - this is a VERY common concern seen in GP surgeries (nearly as common as itchy arses) and female GPs are as comfortable talking about it as men are as long as you are.
