Put your address and other contact info on the contact page.

    Quote your RBN too.

Spell Accesories correctly and spellcheck the whole site. Then proofread it.

Terms and Conditions popup doesn't work in Firefox 3.0.10 and doesn't register with my popup blocker so I can't unblock it. It shouldn't really be a popup anyway.

    Display the shipping rates.

Use the meta tags for keywords and description better - a few more keywords and better descriptions.

Use the word supplements thoughout the site more as it is probably your best search term.

Text content of home page is weak and doesn't 'talk' to the customer properly. Remove 'Welcome to' from the heading and possibly add ' - for all your sporting supplements'. Dump the rest of the text (all of it) and replace with something like, 'Looking for quality sport supplements at competitive prices, we have the most up-to-date products with fast and reliable delivery. Take a look at what we have to offer and start shopping.' Problem/issue, solution, call to action and keep it below say 30 words. Then display your 'best' products and try some special offers so that visitors can start shopping right away.

    Hey!

    Graphics stuff:
    • I'm not a big fan of the main image - it looks squashed and text has some pixelation and fussiness, quality could be higher.
    • The various shades of blue look a tad odd.
    • The headless woman is a little freaky.
    • There should really be a standard treatment of images - even using rounded corners or taking the time to put some standard background on them. Each one is a different size and some are forced resized on certain pages making then highly pixelated.
    • To be honest to overall "visual appeal" is poor - compared to the competition thats out there

    Technical Stuff:
    • The padding in the main text seems wrong. The text is sitting too close to the borders imo.
    • The LHS menu should probably look more menuesque - with a hoverover feature and some indentation
    • Not sure contact us deserves that level of importance

    General stuff:
    • Capital letters / small letters - theres no consistency in the scheme used
    • Spelling as said before
    • You would almost want to be familiar with the product - there's little distinction between heading, intros and main text.

Just my humble little opinion . . .

Agree with the points already made so nothing much more to add but definitely loose the headless woman image on the bottom left it looks freaky and just wrong.
