    I am getting a smoker tomorrow afternoon!! YAY!! What should I smoke first?

    It has a compartment for two things.

    Give me something GOOD!

    Need some more info, Is it a hot smoker or cold smoker?
    You need to make some brine/salt the product before you start smoking.
    It all depends on what kind of smoker it is before you can get advice on smoking anything.
    I could suggest that smoked chicken is lovely but without knowing anything about your setup you could be heading for salmonella city.
