    Hi Guys,

As the title says: I have a SE Z310i and i have a couple of text messages that i need to hold on to, So if i buy a data cable and download the SE suite will i be able to save these text messages to my PC?

If this isnt possible is there any other way of doing this?

    Thanks in advance:)

Why cant you just save the texts onto the SIM card?

They are saved on the sim at the moment but i am forever having issues with this phone- some texts that i saved earlier in the year now have reset their date and times to 1am on 01.01.2000. I have some texts that i need to keep and i cannot rely on this phone not to lose them when i turn it off etc.

The SE suite will do the job and/or get the excellent MyPhoneExplorer

a cable or bluetooth will do the transfer, if you have bluetooth on your computer, even infrared works if the phone has it.

Another vote for MyPhoneExplorer. It's a great piece of software for Sony Ericsson phones and will easily let you copy your texts across to the computer.

+1 for MyPhoneExplorer if it supports your phone.

    Thanks for that:D
Installed it on my laptop the other day, then today my data cable arrived and it was literally a case of plugging in the cable. Why cant all programs be that straight forward?
Am going to uninstall SE suite off my main pc now and install MyPhoneExplorer:)
