    That's a lot of money to ask for a single room in a house with 4 other people.

    Am I correct in thinking the overall rent on the house is 2,500+ a month? :eek:

    Have you thought about asking your landlord for a rent reduction?

    Well, if you look the house prices in the same area... this is one of the cheapest ones!

    Have several bus lines close, the Dart at 10min walking, a Tesco 10min walking, a gym about 15min walking...
