    Hello everyone,

Having a bit of trouble getting Windell's Superhero Showcase into Cork. Both Vibes and Scribes and Other Realms have declined to stock it, as is their right.

Do any Corkonians, or anyone else, know of any other possible outlets that might take our small press publication.

We put a lot of work into the comic and think it's quality stuff. We are keen to get it to Cork and around the country and we're working on it.

As is, we've had no problems getting the shops in Dublin to stock it. Crow Corner Comics in Temple Bar have a plentiful supply and it's also in Sub City, Forbidden Planet and The Winding Stair. Waterford outlets Comix Stop (on the quay, www.comixstop.wordpress.com ) and Tall Tales also gladly took copies.

Thanks to all the shops that took them and everyone who has supported us and mentioned Superhero Showcase on their blogs etc.

Gar Shanley, Windell Comics (a subsiduary of Bio-fear Defence Corp.)

Waterstones may be worth trying, though it'll be much easier if the suggestion is made or endorsed by someone working there. I might know someone who can help with that, will see if they can do anything for you.

Can't really think of anywhere else, unfortunately. Disappointing to hear Vibes & Scribes wouldn't stock it, they're usually pretty good about stuff like that. Less surprised about Other Realms tbh, they're very odd sometimes about what they will or won't take.
