ftp issues - might go insane!!

    Hi

    I'm trying to log onto a website using ftp but I keep getting

    "530 Non-anonymous sessions must use encryption."

    I've tried googling it but cant understand what it means or how to fix it!:confused::confused:

    please help!!!
