how do i turn on the bluetooth

I have a sony ericson f305 and i can use the bluetooth to send stuff from my phone to another but i cant turn on the bluetooth to receive anything any one know how???????

Turn Bluetooth on, but make sure you also have Visibility set to "Show phone"
