Rationel door keeps dropping

    I've been having this problem with the front door of my house , since I moved in 18 months ago.

    Every month or so I have to get the allen key to the centre hinge to hire up the door by about 5-10mm and it driving me crazy !
    Still happens after being oiled but seems to not be fully flush with the frame , about 2-3mm difference in gap between door & frame top&bottom.

    I was told by a locksmith that this is fairly common with rationel doors but never happens to my back door which is also rationel but not used as much.

    Can anyone advise if this may be the door or the fitting of the door.

    If i was you, id give rational a ring.
    Tell them its been happening a while and you want them to fix it,
    If you dont ask, you wont get!

    Just wondering how you got on with the Rationel company.
    Wasnt too pleased myself with their quality and level of after service.
