Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi lads and lassies,
i'm thinking of getting myself a new camera before the summer,
was looking at either a panasonic ts1 or a samsung sl820?
i like the ts1 because it's durable and seems like a point and shoot kinda camera?
or is that just lack of info speaking?
want a good quality camera with fast focusing for point + shoot scenarios and a high quality so it'll last :)
thanks any info is greatly apreciated

    Hi,

There's a thread dedicated to the question of a new camera - you'll find it in the stickies at the top of the forum. While you've some of the work done already, there are other suggestions on that thread which will assist you.

Pop back and let us know how you get on.

    Cheers.

If you want a quality P&S then get a Canon. IMO their by far the best for compacts.
