Guys Time to banish 3 for once and for all, can I get an o2 sim and data add on as per above without being a bill pay customer? or is it for bill pay only? ta

From there site the package your refering is too use your phone as a modem and as i understand it you need to be on bill pay.

O2 don't do prepay data bundles - end of.
